BETH ETTER BS
THERAPIST INTERN
Hi! I’m Beth, and I’m excited to meet you.
I believe therapy is an environment that enables healing, and that anyone who enters a therapeutic relationship with the desire to change and willingness to be vulnerable will grow as a result. Whatever struggle you are facing, therapy will allow you to be seen, heard, understood, and encouraged.
I have a bachelors degree in psychology and am pursuing a master’s in counseling with Liberty University. As a counselor, I am passionate about working with anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, life transitions, struggles with self-esteem, and the many challenges faced by teens and young adults. My favorite modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, narrative therapy, and existential therapy. I see spirituality as a therapeutic tool, and incorporate Christian faith-based interventions upon request.
Outside of therapy, I am an artist who loves to draw and paint. In my free time I enjoy baking, sewing, and taking my dog on long walks– but more than anything, I love spending time with my husband and our son. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you through this stage of your life.
